Marching into spring...

Hello! Hello! Beware of the Ides of March…why? Ides don’t know. (I’ve always wanted to say that.)

How are you all doing? In these trying times, it is indeed a struggle to maintain our personal sphere of positivity. Yet, I think that is the best thing we can each do right now for this planet and her inhabitants. It helps counteract the collective pain we all feel. And from that place of positivity, we can then act with compassion and truth to spread kindness. Kindness is contagious. I would love to see a pandemic of kind hearts. Is that a thing?

Moving on

Meet Rocky, the mischievous March madcap, checking out the world after a long, winter’s nap. Raccoons don’t hibernate, but they do hunker down and nap for a month at a time before they venture out in search of food. This guy looks hungry and ready to explore.

Mr. Al and I are ready to explore too. We go outside and, between rain and floods (yes…third time this year,) have actually come across some signs of Spring. Our crocuses are out, as well as some daffodils. Looks like there might be a crop of tulips following close behind, and I do believe I am seeing buds on trees! Here is hoping our March will go out like a lamb this year. It’s been a harsh start…. Very Leonian.

Have a wonderful rest of your month…we will check-in in April (if not before.)

Bryn and Al of AlChemy Ranch.
